Partnership Specialist (Private Label for Premium Brands)

• You are the permanent point of contact for our partners and monitor the progress of each project from intake to delivery.
  
• You translate customer ideas into a concrete project plan with clear phases, deadlines and deliverables.
  
• You coordinate the collaboration between our teams for product development, quality, design, purchasing and production.
  
• You keep a close eye on the schedule and intervene where necessary to keep projects on track.
  
• You monitor budgets, agreements and expectations — and communicate clearly about progress, changes and deliveries.
  
• You build long-term relationships with customers, know how to include them in the development process and are constantly looking to develop joint commercial success.

• You have a higher professional education (preferably Food & Business, Commercial Economics or Food Technology).
  
• You have 3—5 years of experience in project management within the food or beverage industry.
  
• You are used to managing multiple projects at the same time without losing the overview.
  
• You have an affinity for product development and understand how recipe, packaging and production come together.
  
• You are structured, have strong communication skills and know how to motivate teams and customers.
  
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English.
  
• You are proactive, solution-oriented and enjoy a dynamic work environment.
