Production Operator
As an independent operator on the production floor, you are responsible for ensuring that our production process runs smoothly. You work closely with your colleagues to guarantee the highest quality of our soft drinks. You operate and maintain the production machines, carry out quality checks and ensure a safe and efficient working environment. In this role, you are an essential link in our production process and contribute directly to the success of our artisanal soft drinks.

● Operating and setting up production machines according to specifications and production planning
● Performing quality checks and ensuring product standards
● Maintaining and cleaning machines and the production environment
● Identifying and resolving malfunctions and technical problems
● Complying with safety and hygiene regulations
● Contributing to an efficient and organised production environment
● Collaborating with team members to achieve production and quality objectives
Wie ben jij?
● Vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field
● Experience in a production environment is an advantage
● Technical insight and affinity with production machines
● Accurate and quality-oriented working
● Independent, proactive and problem-solving skills
● Good communication skills
Wat bieden wij?
● A challenging full-time position of 40 hours per week.
● A gross salary between €2,400 and €2,800.
● 25 days of holiday per year for full-time employment.
● 8% holiday pay of your gross annual salary.
