Finance Manager
As Finance Manager, you are the financial backbone of our growing organization. Not just the guardian of numbers, but the builder of structure. You develop processes, systems and reports that grow with our ambitions and help management make smart, informed decisions.

You are entrepreneurial, pragmatic and think in terms of solutions. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves in the administration yourself, while at the same time working on the fundamentals of tomorrow: from systems and dashboards to cash flow planning and governance and building a Finance team. Specifically, you will work with:
- Setting up, improving and managing the entire financial administration and control
- Preparation of P&Ls, cash flow statements and KPI reports
- Analyzing margins, cost prices and deviations by brand, product or department
- Optimizing, automating and digitizing financial processes
- Maintaining contacts with accountants, tax authorities, banks and investors
- Advising on systems, tools and data for further professionalization
- Contributing to the realization of a finance team that you take charge of
- (And in the long run:) contributions to financial, strategic and commercial issues
Wie ben jij?
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Finance Manager that gets energy from building, improving and collaborating. You are analytically strong, work in a structured way and dare to take responsibility. You recognize yourself in this profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in a financial or control role
- Proven experience with P&Ls, cash flow, cost prices and reports
- Strong in Excel, reporting systems and familiar with ERP systems (Douano in our case) and Google Workspace
- Independent, accurate and process-oriented
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing scale-up environment
- Affinity with production, sustainability or FMCG is an advantage
