Supply Chain Specialist

• Managing the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging (bottles, caps, labels, boxes), and supply chain services such as transport and storage.
• Building and maintaining supplier relationships, including price negotiation and delivery agreements.
• Monitoring inventory, including long lead time items, and ensuring materials are always available on time for production.
• Coordinating incoming goods and aligning with the warehouse.
• Planning and booking outbound transport and monitoring shipments.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and actively working to reduce inventory discrepancies.
• Processing and managing purchase orders in our ERP system (Douano).
• Structuring and improving supply chain processes and documenting them in clear procedures.

Ultimately, you ensure the factory runs smoothly, and that the supply chain is the strongest link, not the weakest.

• Bachelor's degree level of education and professional experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a production or FMCG environment is a plus.
• You are a self-starter: you don't wait for instructions but identify issues, take initiative, and get things done.
• You are proficient with ERP systems and can make them work for you.
• You are proficient with Excel and apply AI where possible.
• You appreciate structure, but don't get stuck if it's not yet in place.
• You communicate directly and clearly with suppliers, colleagues, and management.
• You are analytical enough to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Good command of Dutch; English is a plus.
